At Erstwilder, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your whimsical wearable art. If your new treasures aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging with tags attached and that it has been less than 30 days since your order was delivered.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items—ideally in their original shipping box—to prevent any damage to the delicate resin or enamel during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel back to our Melbourne headquarters using a trackable shipping service and keep your tracking number until the refund is processed.
